Quality Mark / KEURMERK
A webshop quality mark, as a webshop you can hardly escape it these days. But which one do you choose? In the E-commerce world, there are countless labels and all of them praise themselves as a symbol of trusted and safe online shopping. It is almost impossible for you as a customer as well as for us as an entrepreneur to determine which webshop quality mark really means something and which is no more than a nice image in the webshop.
A company has to pay a lot of money to use a certain logo. An expensive logo that first has to be earned back. You will notice that in the price. We wouldn't be Rebels if we didn't fight this! You must pay at least €1600 annually for the following activities:
- Whether you as a company have the General Terms and Conditions visible on your site;
- Whether you as a company have a good return procedure;
- Whether your company has all the contact details listed on the website.
A lot of money for things that you have to draw up yourself and that are also legally required for a company. You cannot even start without this legal obligation. In short; a check on something that you have already arranged yourself. And you have to pay for that too.
We have therefore decided not to participate in this. Please feel free to take a look around our sites. Everything can be found, such as all verifiable legal numbers (VAT, Chamber of Commerce). Our payment system runs through Mollie. This organization also sets requirements and checks us as a company a few times a year. If you have any questions, you can always contact us. Een webshop keurmerk, als webwinkel ontkom je er tegenwoordig bijna niet meer aan. Maar voor welke kies je? In de E-commerce wereld bestaan er talloze keurmerken en allemaal prijzen ze zichzelf als een symbool van vertrouwd en veilig online winkelen. Zowel voor u als klant als voor ons als ondernemer is het bijna niet meer mogelijk om te bepalen welk webwinkel keurmerk echt iets betekent en welke niet meer is dan een leuke afbeelding in de webshop.
Een onderneming moet veel geld betalen om een bepaald logo te mogen gebruiken. Een duur logo wat eerst terug verdiend dient te worden. Dat merkt u weer in de prijs. Wij zouden geen Rebels zijn, als wij hier niet tegenin gaan!. Je moet jaarlijks minimaal €1600 betalen voor de volgende werkzaamheden:
- Of je als bedrijf de Algemene Voorwaarden zichtbaar op je site hebt staan;
- Of je als bedrijf een goede retour procedure hebt;
- Of je bedrijf alle contactgegevens vermeld op de website.
Een hoop geld voor dingen die je zelf moet opstellen en die ook gewoon al wettelijk verplicht zijn voor een onderneming. Zonder deze wettelijke verplichting mag je niet eens beginnen. Kortom; een controle op iets wat je zelf al geregeld hebt. En daar moet je nog voor betalen ook.
Wij hebben besloten hier dus niet aan mee te doen. Kijkt u gerust een rond op onze sites. Alles is te vinden, zoals alle controleerbare wettelijke nummers (BTW, KvK). Ons betaalsysteem verloopt via Mollie. Deze organisatie stelt ook eisen en controleert ons als bedrijf een paar keer jaar. Mocht u nog vragen hebben, kunt u ons altijd benaderen.
