Het dankt deze eigenschappen niet alleen aan de gebruikte granen, maar ook aan het beperkte gebruik van Stiermarkse hop, de overvloedige kruiden en het fruitige karakter (banaan en vanille) van de huisgist. Het heeft niet alleen de lichtheid en frisheid van tarwe, maar ook de romigheid van haver, en het heeft ook een pittige, citroenachtige droogheid die bijna aan kinine doet denken.
